Who it's for: restaurants, hotels, airline caterers, food factories, cloud kitchens, cafes, catering companies, and distributors. B2B procurement only, we do not sell retail quantities.
How the Quoting Process Works
Once you submit a request, our sourcing team reviews your categories, volumes, and documentation needs, then confirms availability across our verified origins. You receive a quote with pricing, packaging options, and lead times. For recurring supply, we build a plan around your order schedule so pricing and stock stay predictable.
MOQs depend on the product and whether you draw from local cold storage or order a direct import. Ex-stock items can start from a single pallet, while direct container loads are sized per origin and format. Share your target volume and mix and we will confirm the most efficient MOQ for your request.
Halal certificates, health certificates, certificates of origin, spec sheets, and lab tests are available on request, issued per consignment where applicable. Tell us your regulatory or audit requirements and we align sourcing and paperwork accordingly.
Orders served from local cold storage can move within days. Direct imports typically run two to four weeks depending on origin, freight mode, and documentation. For contracted recurring supply, we plan stock ahead so your lead times stay short and predictable.
